IT leads are useless especially the DT lead, what a "manager", never could lead anyone. Then the infra sup is a total brown noser with no ability in his position. It's too bad about WCBU as they have the best group with the best VP. Oil sands will be sold as all of the managers again don't have a clue.
Here's to more lies about we are positioned for the current environment and we will see many more layoffs in early 2017. Hopefully COP gets bought and staff are safe.
I disagree. The oil sands finance leadership is the worse. The most incompetent.
The HSE and SD Leadership is probably by far worse than the IT leads. Most incompetence I have ever witnessed. Really pathetic.
Save yourself the headache...get off the sinking ship...its going down pretty fast. I bailed and could not be happier with the choice.
Also remeber to not drink the Ko-olaide. It can get to ya!
The situation in Canada is what it is because the former BU President could only say positive things about the BU and let the bad things go unspoken. He said "things are great" even when he was losing money on every barrel or bcf produced. That is not a good business. Too bad.
