Noble announced it will end it's joint venture with Consol in the MBU. Hopefully this means they are setting up to close the Canonsburg Office and move out of the Marcellus.

Until we move downtown after assets are sold to EQT.
Consol is getting most of the WV properties. The DTI properties that Noble is keeping are for sale. Noble is focusing on the Washington County, PA and Marshall County, WV properties. All fairly close to the office. The office will stay in Canonsburg.
If anyone is offered a job in Houston, it will be temporary at best.
Most properties are in WVA. If NOble continues to hold these and not expand in PA, then BU office will be in WVA.
They have to sell properties first.
WAY TO GO, DS AND KF!
$5.5 billion+ well-spent, don't ya think?
Well, Consol thinks so.

It only cost Noble $200 million to get out of it. That's a heck of a good deal! You wonder why Noble is a poor performing company?
Why would you hope for people to lose their jobs especially so close to the holidays? Are you truly that self centered?
with Consol JV, Dave made his mark as COO. Let's hope that the unwinding will be followed by the end of his sorry tenure. Can't blame this expensive mess on Susan or SDRs.
