Get rid of this crap!! I never seen such a BS system in my life!! How the heck you can measure these items without being bias. In my opinion this is why the company is hurting. Managers know how to get their buddies through the system or get rid of people who is a threat by using this crap. We should reward people by getting crap done, and not those who kiss a--! Get rid of it! Goodluck to all with goals settings this week.

There has certainly been fabrication of negative information on performance reviews, as well as complete ignorance on the part of managers regarding specific performance "issues". The corruption is sometimes stunning.
It would most likely be a blessing which how things currently are.
Who would want to stay? I was hoping to get the chop in March. It's only gotten worse since then. Don't be the one left holding the bag. Middle management is incompetent and will only ride you harder, when there are less people to share the load, in an attempt to mask their shortcomings. Staying is possibly the worst scenario.
The only goal is to not get cut in the next round lol
