Everyone is complaining about bagging when lines get long? That's the problem with you monkeys, you don't know what business your in. It's called customer service clowns. Customers come first everything else 2nd. Take your head out your asses. Out of the couple stores I've worked at, under 5 % of the people worked there knew what they were doing and the rest were absolute delusionals. 😂

-1rid, will you merry me? If we put are heads together grate things wood happen.
Clowns....
Has nothing to do with people working hard or not. It has to do with management not properly staffing and budgeting. Why not have every manager and every meat cutter drop what they're doing and go empty the trash when it gets full? Why not pay a pricey IT or telecom specialist to let the systems go unpatched to rush down and bag groceries? Don't you get it? If you want to have a flexible setup like at TJs (which actually isn't a bad idea) then do it. But it requires a different model to ensure that you have coverage in the departments and the flexibility to send them up front at busy times. Otherwise, staff the front end properly and STFU.
There expected to do they're work while there their.
This younger generation from ages 18-29 don't wanna work hard for there paycheck just expect one
I agree work harder in your dept and maybe u can fill things up and also maybe stay off the computer
Thanks for all the name calling after all the years of hard work. hope your friends and children treat you like that. Huge P.O. S. you are, hope you stink all the way to hell.
How cheap can they get with the labor budgets
No one is complaining about bagging. We're pointing out the lunacy of paying a manager top dollar to bag groceries, or leaving fruit and vegetables in the cooler (and customers unserved in that department) in order to have the produce person bag groceries. If you don't see how ridiculous that is, then you are part of the problem. Light that up and stick it where the sun don't shine, you flaming pile of regional dookie.
Bull. I worked for a larger competitor and we NEVER sent our people up to bag groceries. That's Customer Service's job. If we were to do that, our execs recognize that there would be inadequate coverage in our own departments! THAT my friend is real customer service, and sending produce or grocery team members up to bag groceries isn't customer service at all. It's called crappy management and bad planning. Get a grip. Keep trying but the competition is winning.
*you're
You're the "customer service clown", sir/mam...heh heh I just had to....seriously though...I like to take a cautious approach to my guest service interaction. We have created a very entitled guest base. Back to the issue at hand albeit, bagging groceries is really grocery store 101. I don't really ever do it myself, but if I had to I would.
If I bag the handles will be coming off. I'm not gonna leave a bag that big half empty and I sure as hell am not gonna double bag.
Which one were you?
What you don't understand. ..if I bag there is NO one to help guests in my department. Dugh
Just like walmart..long lines and no baggers..cashiers overworked and unhappy..thanks mackey y robb for hiring those walmart execs..
Lol nope just former team member that's worked (works) at another huge retailer down herected that's slowly expanding up north. I know what's wrong with whole foods market and it definetly start from the top. How are you going to train Team mebers when you don't even know what you're doing? It's a shame... I hope WF gets bought or just disappears.
