Are you suggesting that RL and MF have been moved to B'ville for non-performance, and they will be severed without benefits? ♋️
They were meeting to put together a new performance incentive program. Anyone that is not performing up to expectations will be transferred to Bartlesville. Once this has been implemented across the company Bartlesville will be closed with no severance.
That would certainly be implied by many analysts. Highly unusual. A suggestion of changes to come?
