Hello coaches. Thoughts on this?

Guess bottom line is Cabelas demoted you as a lead to a full time employee so they can bump down the managers. Thanks Obama and Cabelas.

I would hope once BPS comes in the "norm" will come back. Hoping the years I have worked for Cabela's is not going to be a total loss and reflect the demotion we received because they sold. Will wait till the dust settles next year with fingers crossed.
The fact that they took the managers who deal with the customers and put product to the floor and knocked them back down to more or less a lead, but reward powersports and CLUB managers, who sit at their desks all day and don't do sh-- with the big salary raise. All of this going on now is going to change again as soon as Johnny Morris gets his hands on everything. Losing faith by the day.
It has to do with a new dept of labor overtime rule going into effect.

....just have to love phones that supposedly know what your typing. Grammer nightmare.
Typical during a transition to go into "coach" mode and restructuring. Maybe it falls more into some wierd "soothing" naming convention that reflects a coach as one to help you instead of management which is undwrstood as part of chain of commnd. Companies have to cut payroll and especially liquidate branded products to avoid a complete loss on it, especially two companies with their own branded items. The merging of two "like" companies that may have a picture of one different brand later down the road. When the dust settles, the "coach" model doesnt work and they go back to a structured chain of command which is the standard business model. Unfortunately there is a waiting period where everyone has to hold out, this are the unknowns as far as transition timing and end result. Consultants and or relabed as "Transition Teams" , since consultants are seen as outsiders with no ownership or outside the "family", use this method alot as they lay out this phase of change during a buyout. Many people jump ship because of this instead of sticking it out till the transition ends.
What does this mean? Title renaming going on?
Working many years to excel and move forward, looking at a exciting career in something you have a life long passion for. Not a high probability when its labeled "work" or "job".....no such thing now, over paid full time employee with a target on their head for the next round of cuts in payroll. I am forced to find a "job" now.
