Everyone gets a turn to play president. First we had the retarded Bush kid. Then the black guy. Now give the lady a chance.

Apparently I have no right to express my opinion. See comment about Oklahoma education.
I thought we had the right to support who we want? Oh that's right, if it doesn't fall in line with your beliefs it's wrong.
Folks the gene puddle is getting shallower by the day.
Ever wonder if there is a correlation between the education system in Oklahoma and the number of Trump supporters?
Wouldn't be many left if you did that. "Hill-Liar-Ree" No way.
Or you could fire those who don't know lose from loose. Better yet, go to the parking lot and fire everyone with a Trump bumper sticker.
Considering that Lower 48 lost half of the money and that Bartlesville is corporate, how about w fire those loosing the money ... like all the REs, PEs, FEs and Geos that keep wasting money on poor decisions in L48. 400 million dollar loss when you have world class rock is f*g sad. Go run someone else's company into the mud.
Another reason to close Bartlesville!
Thank God for the split. We only announced a 550 million gain today. If we were still together, upstream would be pulling us down.
@K42Hlay-xis This is just a dead cat bounce. COP is toast.
A billion? That takes some serious talent. The bigger Houston gets, the bigger the losses. Great job - keep it up!!
You can see by the stock bounce that we are finally getting our expenses in line with our production and what we are getting paid for it. I know you whiners would like to see us fail but we are about to be off to the races again! We just need to close Bartlesville down and centralize operations and we're back in the hunt!
I really don't know how many people here care. As long as they keep getting their paychecks and bonus payments every year.
This is definitely the beginning of the end for COP. It might take 2-3, maybe even four years for a takeover. There is absolutely no way that COP can recover from its current state of misery. COP used to be an oil&gas major. Now it is an embarrassment, and a perfect MBA class textbook example of a great way to ruin a company (split off your refining assets right before an oil crash and refining book).
