Have you ever heard of any other retail chain widely announcing a sales promotion (radio, internet, in-store flyers/signs) and then canceling it after only one day. I haven't...not good for business and bad for customer service.
Customers have expectations. That's about as bad as a business not living up to it's hours posted on the front doors. If a customer arrives during normal business hours when the business should be open and they are not, the customer may not return.
Someone should have been smart enough to at least remove the radio ads...Heard one as late as yesterday morning.
It's called a business, it's called retail. Get a reality check.
