I was fired and I was with the company for a long time and I was the top producer on my team ! They are bunch of a--holes !! Watch your back Enrollment !! I think they are doing this because it looks better for them and less Enrollment Reps to lay off ?? Your thoughts?

I received 'role model' on my review...were you REALLY a top performer or just thought you were? Someone didn't like you, that is why they fire people.
Wait until your team gets reviews back right in alignment with up coming layoffs. Managers are told to getting ready for cuts and as usually managers have a say in who gets cut with the "needs improvement" kiss of death.
