Retention bonus is for 3 yr period?
Like RSU?
After 1yr vesting period we can sell 1/3?
Or some other rules?

In BDC few people got as high as 2years salary
If you are given retention, and if you walk, you need to return the bonus obviously....i am not saying thats a bad choice :-)
Some were given "retention bonus" and still walked

How do you get a retention bonus? Do you just say, "Give me money or I walk!" or is there something more to it than that?
