The restructuring was MUCH needed. Anyone with half a brain could see that. So far so good with Jody Davids. Just my opinion.

I heard that they're collapsing CIO and ACS again. (THAT split was a bonehead business move.) And, of course, more offshoring.

They also added a number of additional new people managers to collect a bonus while our workload is increasing
I thought the goal was to remove levels not add low level people managers

How can you define your own career path when they don't ask you what you want to do. They just stick you on one of 3 teams. Seems like it's another effort to make people leave on their own so they don't pay severence packages.
