Thread regarding Colgate-Palmolive Co. layoffs

Bad Management wins again....

In the last three months I have witness 4 individuals resign from Colgate due to bad Management. Going to HR is a joke according to one. HR will protect bad managers and put the employee on the target list that will most likely lead to un- employment in 2016 or 2017. Hiring practice's .......what practice.....It not fair at all. Business eqiuett out the door. If you don't speak another language your job is in jeopardy. English is not the number one language. Diversity. ......not. If you get a layoff notice it now an hush hush thing. No one will know until your last day. Not the best place to work at all for any age group.

So true but it's nothing new, I took and early retirement in 2009 due to the same behaviors. I see nothing has changed it's still happening

After reading all these blogs. .I am not surprised. Colgate as a company is good. Our management has a lot of insecurity issues. Race is a big issue. As this election draw closer, more people are showing their dislike for other races in the worse way. Their is nothing you can do about it because majority rules. What sadden's me the most is the bluntness of it.

Becoming the Worst place to work. IT department is Chaos. Middle managers are clueless and arrogant.

They should start getting rid-off them first. Fake HR needs to be outsourced.

A lot of racism at Colgate. We only hire you if you speak a certain language. Then that same person hired only hire their own people for other positions. CRAZY. .
