I see where one is VP of HR. Is the current HR VP retiring? If so beware of a service company HR leader. They are masters at cutting headcount.

Yes. Cancelled the TSR program last year. The other is still in place - for now
Whoa! Did APC really cancel its bonus programs? No longer employed there so I wouldn't know.
The talent in HR left years ago. Now there's basically nothing left. Benefits are a disaster. Bonus programs cancelled. Zero development for staff. All you can count on is payroll to get your money in the bank every two weeks - accounting could do that. Why don't they just close down HR - Struble killed it off.
You called that one correct. Embarrassing. I've never seen a company like ours run off so many quality people in every department over the last three years and replace them with substandard people. (If you hadn't noticed - The quality mostly moved north!). We will see the effects of this incompetent EC hiring mess down the road.
