So we have some great leaders here that came from MID. People like MN, PP, JC, and DC, and JG. Yea right. What I see are low level managers that are now in high positions, a person that was the team lead to strategically take one of the best programs and give it to MID. Obviously at the direction of MVS. Leaders that have knee jerk reactions as opposed to finding the root causes to problems. A president that that is running a company with no real operations experience. If we were really set up to be successful then why wasn't EP put in charge of us. I keep hearing how good he is, but MVS wouldn't send him here because he doesn't want us to succeed. Instead he stops by every once in a while and everyone runs around to make him happy. We were good once, but then they decided to put NF in charge. This guy decided to cut all of our bids in order to win contracts. Then, when we couldn't perform to it, it was our fault. They have been trying to run us into the ground ever since we were their competitors and now they are putting the nail in the coffin. If they are not intentionally doing it then they are stupider than I thought. We were set up as a small company to compete at a mid size level. Now they are trying to make us become them, by setting up their processes here, but we don't have the people or contracts in place to support it. Or the union. And we are downsizing. You can't run a mid size level company as a cooperate giant. Just silly.

Mike Copeland: Please contact Lance M. and ask him what future business L-3 Waco is looking forward to. I would think that you would be circling like a buzzard around the demise of this great company caused by the mis-management of the substandard low level managers that Greenville brought in to finish off our current programs and close this facility. All focus is completing existing programs, without any new pursuits. Any employee that isn't giving 150%, are being walked out. Sorry to see you go Mr. Porter for standing up for your integrity. The only work that they are even trying to pursue is meager maintenance and overflow repair work. As a laborer, I can only hope the the MID union comes in to save me. Time to sell my house.
well said, but no one pays attention to this site, it's not taken seriously, its all about the folks in New York getting their bonus's they don't want to get involved, that would mean doing something and that is never going to happen so settle down and get ready for your layoff, it will give you peace, it was a good 30 year run now it's time to close the doors and blame the employees, no way to change that, wall street likes that explanation and will most likely increase the stock price for closure so again, sit back and let it happen, getting up set is just doing you harm in the long run as no one really cares
