Hi everyone I use to work with. Just heard from an ER about some ERs recieving new leads from websites and not routed through QC/ACC. Just Heads up to ACC/QC.

There are so many red flags. Disengaged management, Some new leads going directly to ERs. When was the last time anyone was hired to replace any of our co workers who quit. New scheduler has us jumping to and from different projects every half hour in the hopes of covering everything with to few employees. Supervisors are not being replaced (Where is Ben's replacement?) Where is Tim Colleran who was a big supporter of the QC? Terminated at the beginning of the month!!! No niffy memo about Tim telling us the new reporting alignment in Management like every other management change. Why????? NO MEMO??? What is there to HIDE??? RED Flags , red red red.
U of PX doesn't buy leads anymore ! I work for an Advertising Agency and they told me this...U of PX is trying to reduce or eliminate jobs at QC and ACC and Enrollment Reps will be doing the dialing like a telemarker...they will be doing this to other depts too.....to save money because they are struggling financially..ER's you will be a telemarker moving forward.....!!. how many ACC calls are you guys getting in a day now???

Another great example of Apollo spending money 'wisely' employing personnel to counter attack (sounds ominous). Why doesn't Apollo spend that money actually trying to educate its students. Or is that too much to ask?
Apollo Education employs personnel to scan web sites to counter attacks. Apollo ED calls it correcting misconceptions. How many here are posters or employees being paid to post?

Oh no we are all going to be laid off because all these former discruntaled employees say so. The end is near all the insiders know it! The deal is done, we are losing our benefits and the cost of our benefits are doubling even though we are losing them. They aren't going to provide us with toilet paper anymore and we will have to use our hands! Ahhhhhhhhhh!
