It's the poor attitude of the WFT workforce which would put off any any possible buyer.

I think the sand control and liner hanger/completions would be a good fit. Keep the rigs with Saxton/ADC and fishing with the fishing. Jettison the pumping business in the US and off you go, another service company bites the dust. Happens every slow down.

SLB is already the biggest oilfield service provider and such a merger would never be approved by regulators despite WFT's limited footprint in some segments.
For the price of 1 WFT share I could get a 10 oz bag of duck & chicken biscuit doggie treats from Amazon. Tough choice.
If Slum purchases WFT then they truly are alumming.

so the answer is no......would require too much costly blue & white paint
