Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I would keep a stable crew on board and focus on new and innovative items such as the Halloween huge dinosaur for over one hundred dollars and

evaluations to include attitude, helpfullness, kindness and ideas to improve the store in any way. If people are going to be let go then let majority rule as generlly the most productivity and lifeability will win out but remember to keep those who are making efforts to improve. Also, hire those with disabilities and lower IQ abilities. Best of Luck...this society needs to change!!God Bless..we do not know what we are doing??

It is hard to believe, my husband got moved into a new department because of FMLA, because I am sick and than 2weeks later was laid off saying that department is no longer needed. We just bought a house and I can't work! Makes you wonder what will happen to us!
