I really DM the new San Juan Assett Manager cleans this place up it is a nightmare! Literally a nightmare someone needs to slap this Asset and wake it back up.

Good luck with DM. There's a reason why he was moved out of his previous role. He can't deliver on the plan and some would say he is an oxygen thief. San Juan will soon find out first hand what I'm saying is true. The only reason why he's still around is that he's butt buddies with Fox.
