Why are we hireing so many exSLUM?

Can someone answer me, If these guys are so good why is Slum management letting them go? Or is this a good way for Slum to understand our business and buy us? Could Slum be looking to purchase us?
Just look at their LinkedIn, a lot of these guys worked together in the past. It's called NEP - O - TISM
Than why are they not staying at SLUM? Why have they been laid off and now employed at WFD?
