I have been with this company for more then 20 yrs, i can say that when we were USWEST and QWEST it seems craft felt more secure, and happy, benefit packages were a lot better, we didn't use contractors for much of anything...
There was a sense of pride to work for the phone company.
Management seems fine and sincere, but just the way things are done now seem insecure, not always management's fault, just where the industry as a whole is going, i think I'm more upset at our customers who expect us to jump thru hoops now when they don't even know what the phone company is anymore or what it offers. SAD!
