And they will still be able to do Pell after 10 days. So ED must not be too scared if their willing to still allow free grant money to go out.
He's right about the 30 days. But during those 30 days they can get something temporarily to keep certifying and disbursing TIV funds. It can take a little time to get this... 3-5 business days.
