No one has answered my question about University of Phoenix and whether it is making its benchmarks for the so-called "merger." Well is it? The answer will come out of the wash in the next 30-90 days if not sooner.
It's a dmnd if you do, dmnd if you don't situation at University of Phoenix. Leon Black (Apollo Global Management) is a vulture CEO. Vultures take assets, cut labor costs, load on debt, then try to sell off the remains. Tony Miller (Vistria), Obama's friend, would have been in place to block the government out of the situation.
So what's the plan if the so called "merger" doesn't go through?
