5.8 million paid from sears holdings to seritage. Sounds like the other kmarts announced today are from a separate list? Anyone have info?

Chalk up two more in Utah that are closing.
Redwood Road and West Valley (5600 w)
Abilene TX as mentioned below, and also found Cody, WY Kmart closing announced today also.
looks like Binghamton, NY, Oakridge, TN and two in West Michigan according to google search, announced today, and none of these are Seritage owned, so expect another 17 soon.
