I posted a new thread on this forum last week and i saw many people commented on that post.
but I don't see it anymore now. I see older posts though.
Any idea how the post got deleted?

Yeah racial abuses and putting names will get it deleted.
OP, check the content rules at the footer of the page, you probably violated one of the rules. BTW, I've been visiting this site for more than a year and I've seen some posts deleted before as well as now, so as far as I could tell it's always been moderated. None of the stuff I've seen deleted was neither fun nor interesting, mostly malicious racist stuff and obvious trolling got nuked. Naming names can get you there too, which is, in my opinion, fair considering this site is offering anonymity to posters. .
This site is dead. All the disgruntled Qualcomm folks have moved on with their lives. Mostly H1B boot lickers left.
After they started moderating, there aren't any interesting posts. Sure you'd some have some racists topics/posts, but you'd have some pearls of wisdom here and there. Now that's almost gone.
Had a comment deleted a while back. Kind of defeats the point of this site.
