You hit the nail on the head bro! There's way too many negative sh--bags in here.
The ratio is more like 3 to 7, but some of those 3 are not manager, just office people, that people tend to call managers.
If you are some peon siting alone or with a couple of peers just s--- it up. Most of these people are needed for when business does come back.
Sure there's some crappy managers, but there's also judgmental people who think they could do things better than their boss. Give some of theses guys a break as you don't know the sh-- they deal with and likely have gone to bat to save your a--.
be thankful if you are still getting a pay check. Ride this out and switch companies when things return around. But the grass will not be greener with the competition, and you will be started at the bottom all over again. Or find a job outside of this industry and don't b--ch when oil is up and your not making a tin of cash.
Instead of wasting your time on here, go play with your kids or grand kids. or go find something to do that is more positive and upbeat. Stay away from this negativity.
You better add a safety guy in there also, so failing won't be painful
