Your furlough was officially ended or was temporarily ended for a specific reason? Additionally, bonus money is not 401K matching. Did you get your 401K back? What is your general location? Our furlough has only been temporarily lifted and is set to go back into effect in a few months. Wondering if it will ever really end. If this is temporary, great, my family can ride it out. If not, I need to start looking at getting out. I'm lucky enough to have a degree that works in other industries. However, when oil is paying, it pays well so I don't want to bail if this situation is fairly temporary. It's sad that we have to make serious decisions based on rumors. I'm also very sorry for those who had decisions made for them in the form of layoffs.

Shut up and enjoy your short work week and what difference will that 401 really make after you retire. Medical insurance is going to eat all that up. That money is just going to the financials guys that are part of our problem.
Right now you most likely have your health, but no money, so you can still do some fun active stuff that doesn't cost a lot. But when you retire you'll be both broke and unhealthy, all that will be left for you to do then is to sit around writing on social media boards.
Furlough has been over for a while now. We got bonus to
