Conditional layoff notice.
Industri & Energi has announced stop work warning starting at midnight on the 20thSeptember 2016 at 24.00
Baker Hughes Norge AS announces the implementation of conditional layoff notice to all employees in connection with negotiation,
mediation and possible failure of the negotiations and thus strike between the parties NOG / IE.
Should it turn out that this conflict does not allow the company to keep the business up and running in a proper manner,
then this is a notification that workers in the company not covered by the conflict can be laid off under the
Basic Agreement § 8 from the 20th September 2016 at 24:00 hours.
Once the company has information of any further development, the individuals to be laid off will be notified,
and date for the lay-off will be given.
