I got money and then ITT took it back! UGH!!!!!!!!!!! I would like my money I worked for!!!! It is not much but I worked for it.

--I'm sure they will reconcile it when they send you your W-2 early next year.
Request or download Form 4506-T. You will receive W-2 transcripts which will have information reported by your employer to the IRS free of charge. Call (800)829-1040 to obtain the form.
- Request Form 4852 from the IRS or download it and mail it in. Form 4852 is a substitute W-2. You are allowed to estimate your wages based on your final paystub
I received a SME paycheck notice on official ITT Letterhead Monday stating that monies had been electronically deposited in my account, the Feds and State and other deductions made, etc..
My bank never got the deposit. The only 2 telephone numbers provide music and circular options that do not end in a human contact but endless ringing on one and what seems to be a personal answering machine on the other.
The record of my being paid is fraudulent. I do not want this missing pay counted as if I received it for tax purposes. It adds insult to injury.
I warned you guys to cash out your check. I had the same thing many years ago, the faltering company rescinded my last paycheck somehow.

Also true today student files and employee files laying around in unmanned building and told its up to bankruptcy trustee to handle and told guess files will be turned over to the state ...so there is all that personal info laying around people ... Csll the media call your representatives.. This is not bankruptcy causing this its hq people .. Students are also screwed they never migrated to grad status and nursing grads never had their info signed and sent to state so can take inclex screwed big time ..,,
Here's today true events. Call 1130am, told its last day of work, told if company owned building mail key and alarm code to Phil frank at hq, if leased property then leave keys on desk and leave but try to go around and put a key in doors in building so whoever goes in has an easy time to gain access , and there is no guarantee that people will be paid for the past week, check your bank Monday or Tuesday ? And it's everyone's last day and within minutes of the call termination emails were sent to employees and there is no contact at hq listed on email... And filing bankruptcy probably tomorrow and bank accounts frozen ... Frickin true story
That sounds rough. When did it deposit? After Cerberus moved on the bank accounts or last week on Tuesday?
