Oh come on, San Juan is great, plenty of hookups and bathrooms to play tag, not a lot of work needed to be done, little oversight ... Oh wait a new asset manager is on his way to clean house :(
Agreed!!!! Way too many contractors and nothing but a hookup spot!!!
They'll tell you they're a "cash positive" kind of place. But if you tapped into the cameras there you'd see plenty of standing around, lots of idle chatter and visiting in cubes and offices.
Also waaaaaaaaay too many contractors.
