Heard of a facilities engineer that was let go under the TAP last week in Dickinson. Are others being plucked one by one at other sites, or was this a one-off event?

Lee is just like Stumpf at Wells Fargo. Stumpf fired over 5,000 people for not meeting unrealistic goals. Lee fires people immediately after they finish the projects they are on.
There was a senior geologist walked out the other day, too. I guess Lee anticipates calling Apache & Anadarko to ask them where we should drill exploratory wells.
I think these are terminations without severance. We have had a few in my area. They are eliminating the people they don't like due to performance, attitude and popularity. With production declining we are overstaffed at the moment in some skills and areas.
MRO pays for performance and to pay for Lee's self described "tremendous performance" we need to cut staff count to cover his monthly million.
