..... INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Attorneys for ITT Tech informed the state’s board of nursing that the now-shuttered for-profit college plans to file for bankruptcy.
Mike Minglin, general counsel for Indiana’s board of nursing, told I-Team 8 that attorneys for the school informed the state during a conference call Wednesday night. A spokeswoman for the law firm that represents ITT Tech, Faegre Baker Daniels, declined to comment.

Nowhere near the muck up that ITT tech was when running. Good riddance to a diploma mill run by an out of control administration who thought they were God and that actual education did not matter.
With any luck Modany's money will be going towards his legal fees for the next several years.

Yep it will be done within the next couple of days. Not one employee left working after today...
Not a formality yet but very near. Earlier is was posted that Cerberus took control of ITT's bank account. Seemed premature but then very true.

Bankruptcy not yet filed but most likely in the next few days. ITT already spoken with trustee and given list of creditors.
