Wasn't under $8 when I posted. Insiders know funding is getting yanked within two months. They have broken the cardinal rule of 90 / 10. The only rule the DOE take and enforces seriously. They will be on FA suspension soon. They are the next ITT. When they pull the plug, no one can pretend they did not know. This has been in the cards for a long time coming. Their career has finally been drawn.
