Definition of insanity. Doing the same thing with the same people expecting different results. All the while the people that are actually working take the brunt of the lay offs.

Lol at the previous comment, a lot of supervisors and managers are completely clueless and couldn't even do the jobs of the workers. "Irreplaceable" you've got to be kidding.
Managers and Supervisor are extremely important in COP and almost irreplaceable. Hence most of them were preserved. The brunt of the 300 will be from the worker bees that are easily replaceable.
