Follow the rigs dude ... EF will have 4 for the next few years ... Bakken will have several ... And how many will Permian have?
I think that in itself is a management statement
And good ole Enron O&G is still leading and we just follow their lead.
Bring COP up in its own break rooms and you will get a good laugh these days....but Eagle Farters have drunk the Kool-Aid...they probably still believe they will be cash flow neutral by 2017....at least the exploration team and L48 management have stopped boasting that they have the best unconventional position of any company in the US.

This coming from the team of "professional" and "certified" project management experts!?! Where is the $1MM facility that was promised? Why have all the best people been run off or quit? Why is morale and performance in the toilet under your so-called PM process? So much reliance on certifications and MBAs proved that "education" can not take the place of experience, leadership capacity and common sense. Maybe you should hire another consultant from your preferred (I.e., award sans RFQ) engineering contractor...since they have displayed such stellar and ethical performance!
Oh you poor Eagle Farters....look at your own overblown facilities, why cant you drill more wells per pad...the only reason you do is because you are told to do so by management who was told that it can be done by your competitors...Poor Eagle Farters who cant revive their wells when they go down after a few months beause it isnt economic, I thought you were the bees knees? Why does the EOG completion style make yours look sad, arent you the best? Losing acreage as we speak but telling lies to the unknowing landowners, isnt that an ethics violation? Not drilling and testing your AC when it is better than the Eagle Fart....isnt that destroying shareholder value, I am sure EOG loves draining your acrage everyday. Oh Sugarloaf and George West? I rally do think a real Eagles fart could be more economic....why keep acreage that was worthless at $100 oil? Oh we need some yellow on the map to tell the street we have the best acreage while we slowly ruin the asset we have

If there are so many great stacked pay zones in Permian, then why can't you clowns meet your production or cost targets? Your unxonventional facilities are crap, and your conventional ones are rotting because you do not know anything about A&OI. Keep inbreeding you legacy and new a$$kissers...we will purge you soon enough!

You Eagle Farters are a joke...there a up to 5 stacked pay intervals in the DB and MB. The Eagle Fart has what twoish with some Austin Chalk? Look at Apaches latest discovery....3 Billion barrels...6 rigs for 20 years....Once again the Permian is the big league and Eagle Fart is a side show...we lucked out by not selling our acreage when we were about. Even the blind get lucky sometimes and EOG kicks all of your asses. Peace!!

We definitely do not need Permian staff screwing up GCBU! The unconventional team is a 100% disaster. They proved that major projects and BD folks need to stay away from actual work. Too many puffed up egos trying to play project manager that cannot compete with 3-5 year GCBU engineers! Gut the group and transfer the assets to GCBU to fix!!!

Get a life ... Permian got slaughtered and now will import EF REs and GEOs to save you. 100 years ago Permian was great ... But So was the Model "T". Please don't insinuate that we need to have you merged into GCBU, we don't want you dragging down our VCIP.

Permian Conventional has been producing over 100 years, but has been dying for years. Permian Unconventional is the worst performing unconventional team in the company!
just remember Permian has been producing for almost 100 years...the Eagle Fart will be lucky to see 30 at best.
The Permian Land group is pretty good at that too...much better than they are at "playing" at being landmen!
