Management are looking for flexibility. Knowledge, Skill and Attitude are the new buzz words. If you ain't got the right attitude to work and change then you is in deep poo.

Expect draconion measures to be taken at eom
Seems management is concerned our skill sets are too vertical. So when work dries up in two weeks or so, they are going to make the long bay shorter then the short bay longer. That way we can learn what the other lot have been doing and when work picks up we will have a more horizontal skill set.
