Have to love item 2.05. First mention in an 8-K of this company decision but they are still clueless as to what it may really mean for shareholders.
It's not the bankruptcy filing. Modany wants to liquidate what he can, so he, Simich, and Feichnter can grub some more money before filling bankruptcy.
