The little man, weighs about 150, 5' 7". He tanked a company in the past, deserted and divorced his wife and two children, then married his secretary who is about twenty years younger which is against company policy to date someone working for you, changed his hair style to that of someone thirty years younger. This man need psychiatric help, do they offer it in prison.

Like someone else said, his size is irrelevant. However, the only way Modany is 5'7" is if he has a pair of lifts in his shoes. I used to work at HQ in Carmel. I'm 5'6" and at the time I was there, I weighed about 155. When standing next to Modany, I felt huge (a rare feeling for me). I'd guess he's no taller than 5'4" (maybe 5'5" - but I was definitely taller than him) and I'd be really surprised if he weighed more than 135 at that time. Again, none of that really matters and I'm not sure why I felt the need to comment on it.

What does seem surprising is that somebody as unimpressive as Kevin appears during public speaking was able to be reappointed by the board after his resignation. Did they honestly believe that he had the answers or could they simply not find anybody else?
I imagine shareholders would like to know the answer to that one.
I disagree - that a joke of a man like little Kev - if you can call him that, his voice sounds like a weasel - was ever put into his position is a mystery to me. He is totally clueless, has not idea what education means - all he knows is the fuzzy math of his spreadsheets. He is a total joke and corrupt to the core as well as morally bankrupt.
