Lots of stress on the rest of managers cycle counts mark down reports bay by bay work list from the entire departments you manage like plumbing and electrical being coverage in the department and of course when they call you for near everything because you are the only one that answers the phone or the one that knows it and the one that always helps... Lowe's - Not really pleased about this change...
