a person at my store is just lapping this up. could it be for the glory? I just don't respond. My coworker playing boss without any benefits? It's going to be a very hard row to hoe for that person.. that person will get so much less out of me. we always worked well together. now I just don't do anything except what I have to.

Step stools are not permitted on the sales floor
I guess they think they are going to move up the ladder. Sorry to say that the ladder has been reduced to a step stool.
