Typical class action is 25% for lawyer but any amount must be reviewed and approved by a judge so get you facts straight.
Next student will be paid from a different fund all together.
Next the legal case from employees will most likely need to be resolved prior to liquidation.

There are going to be 100,000 students clamoring for DTR from this scam school. You're a nut if you think there will be a dime left, and if there was attorneys would take 8 cents.
This is why the lawsuit was filed. Front of the line payroll...get a settlement before liquidation. ..
The companys statement to the employees was one that strung us along. Oh we are making payroll early and giving you two days off. We are paying vacation time Incase something happens so we know we have money. We were specifically told that when we came back to work if we took Vaca it would be unpaid as we were getting g paid for it now... Or you could wait for tye normal accrual. We were also told to monitor our emails that we would be told when to report back and what was going on with Ed. This was not what happened at all. Tuesday morning they sent a mass email saying they were closing ... THEN started sending out termination notices. This on top of the fact that we did not find out about the pay until late Friday even though people were seeing deposits made into their accounts that morning. This was known Friday that they were going to shut down. Typical 'dont look behind the curtain' attitude that they have always had. File a complaint with the 'anonymous' hotline... You had to be ready for the retaliation. And it came !!
Seriously you will not get a much if anything. ITT will be BK soon and lawsuit will never go anywhere fast enough.
Best bet is to find a new job and move on.
