Does anyone know why benefits were taken out on last paycheck dated Sept 6th and our benefits were cut off same day?

Absol absolutely absolutely incorrect. Typical percentages are around 25% but any award that is giving out of the common fund is subject to approval by the Judiciary review there is no common percentage for any case it must be reviewed by the courts and awarded accordingly. This case is a perfect example of where a class action lawsuit is necessary class actions will consolidate everything into one lawsuit streamlining the legal proceedings. It also limits different verdicts in multiple cases around the country providing inconsistencies in the legal proceeding.

Yes but class action status is not the way to go. You will only get a few dollars. Lawyers get the rest. Let's say there is a 10million dollar settlement. Lawyers will get 9million and 1million will be divided by 8,000 employees. Great!

Be sure to contact the lawyer in MO handling the class action against the company for failing to notify of the ongoing issues and potential for entire shutdown. It directly related to pay and benefits.

If benefits were taken out, we should be covered but we are not! Therefore, they should be refunding everyone the amounts that were deducted
