Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Harassment lawsuit.

Are the board of directors blind, do they not see that HR does not do anything but care about getting those cheap oversea laborers in, paying for their visas. What about the American worker. Oh yeah, we let bosses sεxually harass them and make them drink alcohol because HR will sweep it under the rug or turn a blind eye. Seems the time is getting near when IT will no longer be able to "squeeze" anything out because it will have bled the workers dry. There are people that bosses let think the are bosses but are just nasty drunks. Getting drunk every night. They send them to vendor conventions and the only stories that come back are how they got falling down drunk on the companies dime. How embarrassing for the company but bosses think this is OK and just send them again. Good Luck on the lawsuits because if the employees wake up and revolt, the truth will really come out.

When I worked there I saw numerous instances of sεxual harassment by staff and managers. Some made it down to HR. Most were swept under the rug. A lot of women I worked with told me they felt harassed. Hell, half the male bosses don't know how to look a woman in the eye.

Good for her and the fact she turned down a severance package shows she means business. Hopefully this lawsuit reveals a lot about what goes on there. If you man resources is covering behavior like this imagine what else they're covering up.
