"It's against the law!" This topic was covered already under another thread. We figured out already that ITT is not going to send email to staff and students today saying they are filing bankruptcy next week! But that is no excuse for ZERO communication with staff and students except "we are waiting for ED."
Think of all the stuff headquarters could be telling us! They could tell us the plan they submitted already to ACICS, in event of closure. Why not?
It is illegal for a publicly traded company to advise employees of a shut down before filing with the SEC. Therefore it's obvious they are awaiting answer from ED to decide what to do! They are not purposely hiding info. It's against the law!

I'm disgusted because the communication was only with the Students and the low life in experienced managers. The students were telling us everything that was about to happen.Our simple Director and his lil followers were withholding information after every call they received trying not to answer any question and making sure we were continuing to work. I'm full and mad as hell. The whole establishment was full of sh--....I need my money and I will get it one way or another... No severance but they gave it to the other employees who were laid off/fired. I've been with the company 20 yrs. and ain't getting Sh--!!!

But they did have a severance policy---shouldn't we get it as any other payment, such as vacation time? We should demand that, or sue HR for falsification

It appears if you have a credit union it would be currently processing or posted early but if you have a standard bank acct like with BoA, it hasn't gone in yet. Mine states that the settlement date is 9/06.
And according to HQ, this is just a "payroll glitch." Pfffft.
Still no pay in Wisconsin.
Oh I had vacation.... Seems like some got 1, some got 2 and some got no payments posted???? Maybe banks posted at different times.... I dont know....
I got two payments but I had vacation time so maybe some of it is vacation. Indy campus here... Very sad day

I work at the Indianapolis east campus. Two deposits posted to my account this morning. Looks like one pay period and vacation time. What a low life coward to not have the guts to tell the staff and students what is happening. I feel sick to my stomach
