Will climate survey change anything.. I hear that in most of the all hands VPs are talking about the survey results and how they plan to implement them... Is this just bull crap or HR (I like to call them Qualcomm Resource instead of Human resource since employees are the last ones who they care for) plans to really do something..

Manager came all the way and "talk" to engineers, convince them not to fight with management and will be dealt with in the performance review. What do you expect from the survey?
Management and most managers are sick, no one cares about the employees
Sickening thing is they needed a survey to tell the horrible managers that their people are unhappy. Now they need to try and make the same horrible managers care...
