Here we go again. Today 2 of the leads 1 hardlines another softlines was told that they have even more work to do. They were both told now they will have all the responsibilities of a 300 (ASM). Softlines lead was told that all of softlines now also needs to know how to run layaway.

That's Kmart's M.O, cut cost and make everybody that's left do everything. Not the best way to run a business.

THis happened at my store quite some time ago. Every softlines associate has done layaway since I've been there (10 years +) but about 6 or 8 months ago the leads were basically told they were ASMs without the pay or title. So sad.
