I believe it went from we aren't enrolling new students with just 4 links, to we are currently not enrolling new students with a full web page...

They are insolvent
While the rush to do something about it is a good quick reaction... Know how they operate I tend to disagree. The IT and communications people are all very meticulous in how things get done and even more so how everything is worded. You cannot have anything that is not preapproved thru a process. I agree it could have been a mistake... But having currently in there is definitely an eye opener of closed door sessions.
The first version was probably a rushed response to a request and the new version is the result of more time and a clearer understanding of what was wanted.
No one cares.
The change is curious.
