Can you please EXPLAIN to your people and make sure they UNDERSTAND that the majority of layoffs are due to NO WORK; NO CONTRACTS WIN; NO OPPORTUNITIES??? There are NO MONEY to pay wages for everyone if there is NO WORK where you can use your skills and 100+ years of experience.
