So the sign that you see when entering Sidney reads "Small Town Values, Big Time Opportunities."
The exec team single handedly put a black eye on the first part and totally took away the second part. And putting a few posters on the walls isn't a vision. You actually have to have a plan.
So don't bother with your pep talks and vision talks, you have given us no reason to believe a word. And for goodness sake, stop treating us like we are stupid.
