This TED talk is how everyone wants Marathon to be and shows how we could improve performance. Unfortunately, the focus on trying to be a "superchicken" has dried up creativity, collaboration, and has turned employees against each other. It's also resulted in a culture of self-promotion and overselling for the sake of the SAC.
