I've been seeing signs posted all over and have read emails and and listened to rah rah speeches regarding tomorrows Vision 2020 announcement......Let me try to get my head around this......Isn't this the same vision that ran the company into the ground and got us bought out in the first place....notice I didn't use the word "Merger".....What can you possibly tell me about your VISION that will get us excited about anything. Vision 2020 was a pipe dream at best. You expect us to believe anything don't you??? You seem to thing we are just a bunch of redneck hunters that will hang on your every last word....We were just "born to work here"......it's in our Nature....enough already....What we need to hear....what we want to hear out of you Tommy is an apology....anything short of that and you're wasting our time. For once in your PATHETIC career, can you just come out and say that you're sorry for driving the company down...I'm sorry for wasting your money on Nature Sounds....I'm sorry to the majority of you that will lose your jobs while we all at corporate got rich. I'm sorry for all the promises that never materialized....I'm sorry for thinking that the WLM disaster was going to be the Savior Of Cabelas.....I'm sorry for bringing in all the Walmart and Lowes flunkies......I'm sorry for taking away your Christmas bonus when we just gifted stock to all the executives for nothing.....I'm sorry that I was a locust after I screwed Remington and just came in and raped what resources you had until there was nothing left.....So tell me about your Vision 2020 again....Stand up and take responsibility for a change...

Y'all don't get it. Once they went public, all bets were off. Tommy did what a good corporate tool does, prepped it for buyout. You employees need to take care of yourselves, that's the corporate way.

I would enjoy getting all of us from corporate, stand together as one, hold protest signs in hand, gather on the road in front off corporate offices and let them know we WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS GAME ANYMORE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
See if you can squeeze the rats for an apology to all the public municipalities for the future budget cuts they will have to endure from loss in property tax base. I know it is not easy for them to see out of the windows of that multi-multi million dolor building that's going to go to waste. Not to mention the millions they pumped into the refurbishing of the old building downtown.
Well maybe they will talk about "hind sight"

And sorry to Sidney, the surrounding communities, the businesses that rely on sales from the honest Cabela employees, the hospital, all the contractors that invested in the community.
